We are grateful for your patience during popular shopping times when delivery may take longer than usual due to higher demand. We work hard to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

During Black Weekend our usual 14-day exchange policy applies.

The last order date for Christmas deliveries is Sunday the 19th of December.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When you shop at DAVIDA your received and approved order will be processed within one working day. If an item is out of stock you will be informed via email so you can change the item or cancel your purchase. Normal delivery time within the EU is 2-4 working days. Longer delivery times may occur during the high season. Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL pick-up point. 

You will be notified by email, text message, or letter when your package is available for delivery. Please note! You always need to show identification when collecting the package.

- International delivery -

Delivery time outside Sweden is 2-4 working days.

For orders outside the EU, VAT and customs duty are added.

- Transport damages - 

If you notice visible damage to the package when you collect it, it is best to report it directly at the collection point. You can also contact our customer service for help. You can reach us at service@davida.se.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

- 14 days right of withdrawal - 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right from the day you have received your item. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. DAVIDA always offers free returns and exchanges. You can of course try your product to see that it suits you, but the product must be returned with original packaging and all labels. We ask you to avoid perfume when trying on the garments. Garments that smell are denied return. Once we have received the item back and found that it is not damaged, we will refund the amount you paid.

- Returns and exchanges - 

Fill in your return slip and state the reason for returning your item. Return the item to us with the return slip. Return shipping is prepaid by DAVIDA. Attach the enclosed return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest DHL pick-up point. You can always exchange your item for another garment or a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange it for another item please send the original order back and then place a new order online. 

- Sending back damaged goods - 

Contact our customer service by sending an email to service@davida.se as soon as you discover a defect in your product and we will help you with your complaint. We cover the cost of return shipping for faulty deliveries and items when you use our return shipping label. If you do not have a return shipping label, please contact our customer service, who will send you a new one. 

- Refunds -

When we handle your return we will make a credit on your order. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your return. Refunds of received and approved returns take place within 30 days.

If you paid with a bank card/debit card, we will refund the money to your account. The refund will show up on your bank statement a couple of days after the refund.

- Invoices - 

If you have chosen to pay via invoice it will be updated as soon as we have processed and approved your invoice.

PAYMENT METHOD

Choose between the following payment methods via Klarna Checkout

-  Credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX)
- “Pay now”', Klarna direct payment with a credit card or secure online bank transfer
- “Pay later”, invoice via Klarna
- “Financing”, split payments via Klarna

- Card payment -

It is safe to pay by card at Davidacashmere.com. The money is only deducted when your order is sent from our warehouse. This payment method does not incur any additional costs. DAVIDA uses encrypted data transfer. Payment data and personal data are handled through secure online sites. When returning an item, your card is automatically credited with the corresponding amount.

- Klarna Pay now -

With “Pay now”, you pay at once. The money is debited 1-2 days after your order has been processed.

- Klarna Pay Later -

With Klarna Pay Later, you can pay within 30 days, at the end of the month or in a couple of months. If you choose the 30-day option, your payment must be received within 30 days to avoid late fees. The payment period begins when the order is sent. If you choose to pay at the end of the following month, an extra fee will be added to your Klarna invoice. This payment method is available in the following markets: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

- Klarna Financing -

With Klarna Financing you can split the payment into monthly installments. After you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to Klarna, where you select your chosen monthly payment. This payment method is available in the following markets: Austria, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
